Caching

To improve performance, API responses (such as PNR status results) are cached temporarily on our servers using Redis. PNR data is cached for up to 5 minutes. Train schedule data may be cached longer. Cached data is not associated with individual users and is not retained after the cache expires.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Indian Railways API: PNR, train, and station data is fetched from authorised railway data providers. Your queries are transmitted to these services to retrieve results.
• Google Analytics (if enabled): We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects anonymised usage data. You can opt out via browser settings or the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
